Finance is responsible for managing Umang’s financial resources efficiently, including creating and implementing the budget and the cash in-flow and out-flow of Umang. It develops strategies to optimize finances and minimize costs. It also looks after the scoring and betting system On-Days. By effectively managing finances, the department contributes to the overall success and stability of the festival.
