It is responsible for making decor for our college campus and making the festival’s On-Days innovative through interactive installations and structures. Dance And Dramatics

The department organizes social causes throughout the year to serve the needy. It includes aspects of editing skills since the official Umang Blog and the Umang Yearbook is made by them. It covers the aspect of report writing for every Umang event as well as proof reading of all the required documents.

Finance

Finance is responsible for managing Umang’s financial resources efficiently, including creating and implementing the budget and the cash in-flow and out-flow of Umang. PROshows

PROshows is a department that deals with celebrities, movie promotions, song promotions, or anything related to artists or film industry. It also covers aspects of PROnites, Genz Sips tea and PROfillers for the on-days of the festival.

Public Relations

This department manages the social media handles of Umang. Public Relations reaches out to the masses and promotes the festival in every possible way, like billboards, newspapers, multiplexes, radios, etc. Being the face of the festival, it is responsible for conducting various PR activities and negotiating PR deals to publicize the fest at its maximum.

Security

The Security Department is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees, participants, and organizing committee during the festival. This department monitors entrances and exits, enforces crowd management, handles any emergencies that may arise, and coordinates the flow to make a secure environment that allows everyone to enjoy Umang and create memories without worrying about their safety.

Technicals

From the stage setup to banners, from sound and lighting to LEDs, from ground plan to SFX, technicals department backs Umang and its events by providing technical assistance in every aspect. Connecting to the right vendors for the same, and in addition, preparing the logistics for the entire fest is the main job of this department.
