The event hasn't even started, and they've already climbed two ladders, ordered an extra box of stuff, and carried five chairs. The Operations team is the master of jugaad, walkie-talkie code, and duct tape diplomacy. If something breaks, they fix it. If someone forgets it, they become it. They are the real MVPs behind the scenes.
